Very friendly staff, quality of food is great, and was my first stop in the state of Maryland! I would stop there again if I was going that way.
No repeat business from me...no word of mouth referral either.
Staff was extremely slow, food was skimpy all the way around. Regret that I even wasted my time and money here, won't be going to any Arby's restaurants for a long time, no where close to hitting the spot. About to warm up some spaghetti in the truck (what I should have done in the first place). Got charged $8 and change for two thick pieces of rye bread with a couple of toppings tossed in the middle.
fast , friendly and the breed and cheddar was great and I'm supper picky a lot of Arbys the roast beef tends to be dry or uneven this was on point thanks

Friendly staff...polite & respectful.. Couldn't believe it, when they asked me if I wanted medium or large, that they get in trouble if they don't get the customer to up side their meal. Really...??? They ask as if there is not an option to buy a small...they ask...Medium or large. I say that this policy by management is unethical & should be stopped.
My parents owned 3 restaurants during my childhood & we insisted on a satisfied customer. This is how you get repeat business & how you get word of mouth referrals. Not this policy of trick the customer into paying more...rip him off while he is here.
It took 10 minutes to make 1 sandwich.
